DeShawn Shepard is the Executive Director for the Mrs. Maryland International Pageant and the Virginia International Pageants. As a former titleholder, she was crowned Mrs Maryland International 2006 and selected into the top 10 at Nationals that year, she has a true love of the International system. The 2011 Mrs Maryland International Pageant will be held Sunday, November 7, 2010 in Columbia, MD.
