1.Words I live by are:
I choose to have “faith over fear.” These three little words give me the utmost courage to keep going during my weakest moments by fixating on my core belief in God. Even though weak moments may occur, it’s about how you choose to respond to them. Are you going to let them defeat you, or are you going to rise to the occasion and keep fighting for what is yours? I’ll take the second option.
2.What are your pet peeves?
When it comes to my pet peeves, flies seem to take the lead every time. I love being outdoors surrounded by nature, however once flies begin to pester me, I instantly want to go back indoors. Sharing the space of nature with insects is something I must learn. I realize that the air is not mine to own, so if they want to spread their wings and fly, they may, just not by me.
3.How do you stay organized?
Personally, keeping things tidy in my world is a form of self -love and care. I stay well organized by valuing my space, time, and belongings. Whether that be planning out my week, tending to my chores, or even dressing myself, I do it in an organized manner because I deserve it. I believe that one’s physical world is a reflection of one’s mental state, so if their space is disorderly, so is their mind.
4.How do you relax?
I relax by turning off my phone and enjoying the world around me through my God given senses. Touch, taste, sight, sound, and smell. By stimulating these senses in a pleasurable way. I am able to relax and enjoy myself. For instance, gazing at the sunset, hearing the waves of the ocean, tasting fine cuisine, treading on sand, or smelling essential oils brings me back to reality free of worry brought on by my mind.
5.What is your dream job and why?
Being a world-class actress is a dream of mine. Last summer I had the pleasure of starring in my first film, and I realized that not only do I enjoy the art of acting, but I am also good at it. Being an empath has allowed me to work within my heart's space to bring characters to life by connecting with them on a spiritual level and I would love to further explore my talent.
