What does it mean to be a modern woman?
A modern woman knows how to live In harmony with herself. She doesn’t have to choose a family or a career, she lives the way she wants and chooses both , being a wonderful mother, daughter, wife and successful at work .
I split my time between work on TV, modelling, charity , and social activities”.
I’m successful in everything I do regards my career, but same time I always find time for family and close friends, without them I wouldn’t be where/who I am right now.
When does a girl become a woman?
A girl becomes a woman when she begins to feel differently, becomes mature and having responsibilities, she starts to take care of herself more, to invest her strength in self-development. When she is filled with wisdom, perhaps from her parents, from books or from life experience..she becomes more restrained, serious and begins to make plans for the future.
How do you handle disappointment?
In order not to be disappointed, you do not need to put hopes. We usually get frustrated at the moment when we put too high expectations on some events or on some people. I usually make more demands on myself, expect from myself and accept other people as they are. And I understand, that all events happen when they should happen. And so that we realize something. Therefore, there is not much disappointment in my life.
What's been a picture-perfect moment in your life?
It happened in December 2019, when I was honored to surprisingly get the most prestigious award of the country
“100 the most successful Ukrainians” for my hard work (as a tv personality) and contribution into society (with my charity foundation “ The souls beauty”) . I was getting awarded on stage staying with the most talented and famous people of the country, including ex president of Ukraine. It is one of my biggest achievements in life for now...
How do you handle stress and pressure?
Stress has the property of accumulating. In order for it not to accumulate, you need to carry out some rituals every day - It can be sports, meditation, yoga,reading books. Built personal boundaries help to cope with pressure, so there is no pressure ever and nowhere ..
In order for stress not to accumulate and there are no breakdowns, I take care of myself every day. And fortunately, I did not have to cope with great stress.
