1. Are you more afraid of the doctor or dentist?
The definition of a modern woman can mean different things to different women. To be a modern woman to me is achieving everything you want in life. It is a success story. A modern woman, doesn’t tear other women down, chooses the job she wants that makes her happy, and doesn’t fit in the mold society has laid out for her.
2. If you could have a lifetime supply of anything what would it be?
A girl becomes a woman when she starts to gain independence, bigger responsibilities, and when her thoughts are her own, and are not influenced by the outside world.
3. What’s the worst date you’ve been on?
Disappointment is something that comes often in my journey of self-love, so this has been a reoccurring process for me. Often times, we can set very unrealistic expectations for ourselves
and others. I look at disappointment as an opportunity for more growth and a reality check. Disappointment is bound to happen so the best thing to do is put a positive spin on it.
4. If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
A moment that has resonated with me till this day is when I was climbing inside the Great pyramid of Giza. It was a such a thrilling feeling climbing inside that pyramid, and I can’t wait to travel again to have more thrill feeling experiences!
5. Is there anything about you that people are surprised to learn?
As a college student, stress is something that comes naturally and full force. A healthy habit that I have learned with combating stress is to find a hobby that brings you joy. One of my favorite
hobbies to do when I am stressed is making food-like candles. Although this is easier said than done, I deal with pressure by reiterating to myself that I have to let go of things I can’t control.
