1. Are you more afraid of the doctor or dentist?
“Everything happens for a reason” to me means that even when things don’t turn out the way you wanted them to, they happened for a reason that you may not understand at the time. It helped me keep a positive attitude when things do not go as planned. It also reminds me to trust the journey and have faith that things will work out in the end.
2. If you could have a lifetime supply of anything what would it be?
Not being on time is my biggest pet peeve because it can be frustrating when you’re waiting for someone who is running behind schedule, especially if you have plans or a schedule to keep. Another pet peeve of mine is when people do not clean up after themselves in public spaces. It’s important to take care of our environment and leave things better than we found them.
3. What’s the worst date you’ve been on?
I stay organized by keeping a planner and making a weekly to-do list. It helps me stay on top of my tasks and ensures that I do not forget anything important. Using my planner helps keep track of important dates and deadlines, and I make to-do lists to break down my tasks into manageable steps. This helps me prioritize my work and makes it easier for me to stay focused and productive.
4. If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
As a student-athlete I often have long days and the best way for me to relax is through journaling. Journaling allows me to express my thoughts and feelings in a safe and private space. It is therapeutic to put my thoughts down on paper and helps create perspective and clarity, which also helps me reduce stress.
5. Is there anything about you that people are surprised to learn?
A dream job of mine would be to work in the field of public health. I am very interested in promoting healthy behaviors and lifestyles, and I think that public health is a crucial aspect of ensuring that everyone has access to the resources and information they need to live their best lives.
